Justin’s journey in the steakhouse world began at the age of 17. Starting as a busser, he quickly became enamored with the choreography and precision of fine dining — a passion that has defined his career ever since. After nearly a decade in the industry, Justin then spent eight years immersed in the wine world, working closely with a premier winery to master the nuances of viticulture and pairing.
Today, Justin brings that wealth of knowledge back to the floor at Prime 25. As General Manager, he bridges the gap between world-class wine expertise and elite steakhouse service. “I am proud to lead a locally owned steakhouse and showcase our exceptional food and service to the Colorado Springs community,” Justin says. Under his leadership, Prime 25 continues to set the standard for excellence in the region.
